William “Dock” Walls, III, is a Chicago native who has made significant contributions in law, politics,
entertainment, and business. 

Graduating from Chicago Vocational High School in 1975, Dock earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with Honors from Tuskegee University in 1980, and was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1986.

Mr. Walls began his political career as a Confidential Assistant to Chicago’s first reform mayor, Harold Washington. He has since pursued various political offices, including running for Mayor of Chicago, Governor of Nevada, and Mayor of Las Vegas.

In the entertainment industry, Dock Walls made his mark as the first manager and tour manager for the late comedian Bernie Mac. He continued to manage and develop the careers of numerous other comedians and artists, establishing a strong presence in the comedy world.

As an entrepreneur, Walls has owned and operated several successful businesses, including a construction company, a trucking company, an apparel company, and comedy clubs in Los Angeles, Detroit, Cleveland, and Houston.

Today, Dock Walls is a Legal Consultant, Business Developer, and Internet Marketing Expert, leveraging his
diverse experience to advise and guide others in various industries

Ralph is a sought-after professional expert in the field of branding. He has helped create, develop, grow, and manage brands across a wide range of industries including agriculture, pharmaceutical, health and wellness, commercial lighting design and control, and Christian nonprofits. 

In 2021, he was a nominee for the MADCon Top 100 Marketing and Advertising Leaders Award.

Ralph was also recognized in 2004 as "1,000 of America's most influential Christian leaders" 
by Man In The Mirror.

Sei De'Art - Seidah Rasheed, B.A. Strategic Communication

Sei De'Art, is expert at strategic communications, and with professional experience in the personal planning sector, she is an asset to our team in understanding our target market while being the ideal person to help lead us to best understand and communicate with this same market.

Sei De'Art's experience and ties in the SAG or Screen Actor's Guild community offers us many inroads and direct access to the varied contacts she has developed over her time in the community. She also affords us ties to many communities associated with same, such as the agents who represent professional athletes and the many parties involved in funding projects in the film industry.

These associations and her expertise in communicating with same, makes Sei De'Art an integral part of our operation here at Naviti Management.

Also having led many sales and marketing efforts, her education and experience in the science of social discourse gives us real world expertise in developing our action plan for how to best use the novel and new forms of communication channels in this age of ever expanding systems for communications.

Sales Manager

Currently I am serving as the President of 'The Gifts of Healing Corporation', a nonprofit developed to help support the humanitarian aid efforts in Ukraine created by the occupying forces of Russia.

Graduating with a Computer Science degree, I have spent my career in Corporate sales.

Expertly trained and experienced soldier, I served in Iraq and joined the Ukrainian forces in their battle for independence and to help thwart the Russian forces.

In March 2022 I left for Ukraine to spend 4 weeks training troops and delivering humanitarian aid. 

I didn’t realize at the time that I’d spend 15 months in Kherson in heavy combat , where I worked as
a volunteer advisor/instructor/combat operator, with several roles that were mission dependent; from
medic, to scout-sniper, to engineer, and driver as well as mortar/Rocket man. 

I was with a Ukrainian volunteer group called Predators, under the command of the Ukrainian Naval infantry detachment 73rd Marine Spetsnaz (3rd Group Ukrainian Special Forces). I was indoctrinated to combat with the US Army in Ramadi, Iraq in 2006 as a Combat Engineer with the Cco9E 1st infantry division, (TF1/77 Steel Tigers). 

We were tasked with route clearance, and construction of command outpost . In the Army I held licenses on D7-D12 Dozers, Bucket Loaders, Back Hoes, Skid Steers, and the M9 ACE(armored combat earth mover), as well as dump trucks, Humvees, troop carriers, 5 ton trucks, and other light armored vehicles. On December 21, 2006 my truck struck an IED while on a route clearance mission in Ramadi. All of these previous experiences have molded and shaped me into a high performer in high stress environments.

When presented with problems I confront them with solutions. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the
world and network while building relationships with people all over Europe and North America. 

I’m a motivated self starter with a passion for finding creative solutions to problems. 

When I went to Ukraine, it was only possible because of one Ukrainian I met while in the Amazon Jungle in Peru 3 years earlier. That single interaction blossomed into a network of friendships all throughout Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Britain, Germany, and Japan. Connecting with people and building relationships is what I do best.

Lisa Michelle Wansley is a results-driven business development and client success professional with over 20 years of combined experience in sales and marketing, encompassing various industries. Lisa spent a portion of her career leveraging her skills in promotional event marketing, strategic planning, brand development, writing, editing, media relations, and social media management. She enjoys creating customized solutions for her clients.

Her strong business acumen and a dedication to providing exemplary service to discerning clientele, handling conflict resolution, and maintaining mutually beneficial professional relationships. 

Lisa is often called upon to provide objective input in challenging situations. She has developed a solid reputation for success in the investor relations sector, as well as hospitality, technology, and advertising industries. 

Lisa also has an entrepreneurial edge and is skilled in connecting businesses with resources that
enhance opportunities for growth.

On the personal side, Lisa is passionate about health and wellness, creative arts, and mindfulness. In her spare time, she enjoys freelance writing and voice over work, as well as occasionally acting in television and film productions, on stage, and in commercials. She thrives on integrity and mutual respect and is an avid reader who loves to travel and learn about other cultures.

Woode Udoiwod is a celebrated architect known for his innovative approach that blends modernism with deep respect for historical context. His distinguished career includes collaborations with prestigious firms such as Tsao & McKown, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and Kohn Pedersen Fox amongst many others. While working with these firms his portfolio spans diverse project types, including the NEATT Tower mixed-use building in Incheon, Korea, the New York Jets Training Facility in Florham Park, NJ, and The Rowan condo building in Astoria, Queens. Currently with Young Projects which is known for their innovative use of materials and focus on both form and function, Woode continues to push design boundaries. A committed academic, he also contributed as a teaching assistant while pursuing his Master's at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. Throughout his career, Woode has been part of numerous award-winning teams that have produced work that has consistently earned numerous accolades and reflected a sensitive integration of cutting-edge design, cultural heritage, and environmental sustainability.

Michael Wilson, a highly experienced corporate governance officer with extensive written skills, published grants for government entities in Nevada, organized and managed the corporate governance of hundreds of customers establishing business registration in the State of Nevada and providing professional copy writing and online marketing services for a litany of businesses in Nevada, Florida and Georgia.

Michael is responsible for all online marketing operations including creative market awareness, lead generation development, organization of the corporate website, content for both the website and bi-weekly electronic newsletter along with all external written materials.

He is also providing extensive support and management for ongoing corporate governance issues for the company.
