Dr. Sophaganine Ty Wilson


Sophie acts our Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Sophaganine Ty is a medical doctor with a postgraduate in Dermatology, venereology, obstetrics/gynecology, policy development, and an MSc in Disease Control. She has founded and chaired several public health bodies, which have acted as fora for developing partnerships and contribute to a more coordinated and communicated response to disease surveillance and outbreaks.

She is highly experienced with health system strengthening, policy development, planning, training, monitoring and the implementation of strategic plans. Has experience working with global bodies such as the UNFPA, World Health Organization and other international institutions.

General Manager of our new branch 'Naviti Health Pacific' based in Fiji. Sai is from a well-respected family in Fiji.

Dr. Sailosi is a graduate of the Fiji School of Medicine and Fiji National University that is known to train majority of health professionals including doctors and specialists in the Pacific region which is the foundation of his strong connections in the region with associates he trained together with in Fiji.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master's Degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an associate member of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

In addition to his work at Naviti Health Pacific, Dr. Ratumaitavuki is also an Executive Council Member of the Fiji Medical Association with experience practicing his trade in countries throughout the Pacific region... including Kiribati, Tuvalu, Solomon Islands, Cook Islands and Christchurch Women's Hospital in New Zealand.

He holds a strong network among clinicians, health administrators and businesses in the region including Australia and New Zealand. This network is essential for developing and strengthening regional partnerships for Naviti Health in the South Pacific region.

Fred Dudley

Mr. Fred Dudley is a seasoned and accomplished business and project, funding and development expert. His many years of networking and building sales and financial development teams and networks, has been instrumental in the success of dozens of business start-ups and expansions.

His acumen and expertise in building these investment referral systems makes him the ideal candidate in helping us to achieve a first of a kind international business development funding and investor referral system where experienced business development specialists can work with us for free in this new and innovative program with a substantial upside opportunity. The remuneration will include immediate as well as a long-term basis for participating clients, projects and/or programs.

Freds experience includes working at the WTC, and for clients like AT&T, Keystone Advantage Advisors as well as many companies as an in-house sales and marketing, C-Level Executive in several start-up telecommunications and franchise operations.

His team will be international in nature and will afford people of any nation or culture to be able to work with us in their respective focused niche bases and personal funding sources whom they refer to this service.

Dean Crowell Esq

Dean Crowell is an international lawyer, businessman and investor with over 30 years experience in all aspects of domestic and international investments, acquisitions, and mergers.

Dean graduated with honors from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1974 and then served as a Clerk to Justice Donald E. Kelley on the Colorado Supreme Court prior to entering the practice of law.

In private practice, Dean most recently was as a partner in Hogan Lovells, an international law firm headquartered in Washington D.C. and London, with over 2500 lawyers in 40 offices worldwide. Mr. Crowell was Managing Partner of the Paris office of Hogan from 1993 through 1997 and during this time founded the firm’s Moscow office.

In private practice, Mr. Crowell served as legal counsel for many of the world’s leading natural resources and telecommunications companies. Mr. Crowell’s natural resources practice included the representation of Amax, Atlas Minerals Corporation, Chevron, Cyprus Minerals, Goldfields, Union Minere, and Western Mining Company. 

His work in natural resources included the development, regulatory compliance, and disposition of the
Goldstrike Mine on the Carlin Trend in Eureka County, Nevada, the largest gold mine in North America. Dean’s telecommunications practice included the representation of U S West, MediaOne, British Telecom, STET, France Telecom, GN Great Nordic, Time Warner, and ICO. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Crowell was chairman of the legal committee of the TSL Venture, a consortium comprised of 10 of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, in a project to build the world’s largest terrestrial and submarine
fiber optic network. 

While in private practice Mr. Crowell also advised various governments, including the Russian Ministry of Communications, the Kingdom of Bhutan, the Kazakhstan Ministry of Energy and Environment and the State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources on the enactment and implementation of various privatization, energy, and telecommunications laws.

In addition to the practice of law, Dean has pursued a variety of business interests and served in an advisory role and on boards of various companies and not-for-profit organizations. From 2000 to 2003, Dean served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of FTCH, Ltd., an international telecommunications holding company providing various telecommunication services and infra-structure products in Asia. In 2004, Dean founded and served as the Managing Director of China Pathway Logistics B.V., a Dutch company providing location-based services in The Peoples’ Republic of
China through a joint venture with the Chinese Ministry of Communications. 

More recently, Dean has developed a number of energy projects, including oil, gas, hydroelectric electric and wind farms, both in the US and abroad. Dean served as the principal partner in Vision Energy Group
which acquired the Hogback Project in San Juan County, New Mexico, developed the property as potentially the largest producer of helium in the US.

Beginning in January 2016, Mr. Crowell has served as the Chief Operating Officer of GH America Investments Group, LLC, and several of its affiliates.

Dean has served on the boards of the not-for-profit International Community Development Foundation and Second Byte Foundation. From 1992 through 1996, Dean served as the Co-Chairman of the American Bar Association, Committee on International Mineral Development. William "Dock" Walls III

William “Dock” Walls, III, is a Chicago native who has made significant contributions in law, politics,
entertainment, and business. 

Graduating from Chicago Vocational High School in 1975, Dock earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with Honors from Tuskegee University in 1980, and was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1986.

Mr. Walls began his political career as a Confidential Assistant to Chicago’s first reform mayor, Harold Washington. He has since pursued various political offices, including running for Mayor of Chicago, Governor of Nevada, and Mayor of Las Vegas.

In the entertainment industry, Dock Walls made his mark as the first manager and tour manager for the late comedian Bernie Mac. He continued to manage and develop the careers of numerous other comedians and artists, establishing a strong presence in the comedy world.

As an entrepreneur, Walls has owned and operated several successful businesses, including a construction company, a trucking company, an apparel company, and comedy clubs in Los Angeles, Detroit, Cleveland, and Houston.

Nathan Griffith

Currently I am serving as the President of 'The Gifts of Healing Corporation', a nonprofit developed to help support the humanitarian aid efforts in Ukraine created by the occupying forces of Russia.

Graduating with a Computer Science degree, I have spent my career in Corporate sales.

Expertly trained and experienced soldier, I served in Iraq and joined the Ukrainian forces in their battle for independence and to help thwart the Russian forces.

In March 2022 I left for Ukraine to spend 4 weeks training troops and delivering humanitarian aid. 

I didn’t realize at the time that I’d spend 15 months in Kherson in heavy combat , where I worked as
a volunteer advisor/instructor/combat operator, with several roles that were mission dependent; from
medic, to scout-sniper, to engineer, and driver as well as mortar/Rocket man. 

I was with a Ukrainian volunteer group called Predators, under the command of the Ukrainian Naval infantry detachment 73rd Marine Spetsnaz (3rd Group Ukrainian Special Forces). I was indoctrinated to combat with the US Army in Ramadi, Iraq in 2006 as a Combat Engineer with the Cco9E 1st infantry division, (TF1/77 Steel Tigers). 

We were tasked with route clearance, and construction of command outpost . In the Army I held licenses on D7-D12 Dozers, Bucket Loaders, Back Hoes, Skid Steers, and the M9 ACE(armored combat earth mover), as well as dump trucks, Humvees, troop carriers, 5 ton trucks, and other light armored vehicles. On December 21, 2006 my truck struck an IED while on a route clearance mission in Ramadi. All of these previous experiences have molded and shaped me into a high performer in high stress environments.

When presented with problems I confront them with solutions. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the
world and network while building relationships with people all over Europe and North America. 

I’m a motivated self starter with a passion for finding creative solutions to problems. 

When I went to Ukraine, it was only possible because of one Ukrainian I met while in the Amazon Jungle in Peru 3 years earlier. That single interaction blossomed into a network of friendships all throughout Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Britain, Germany, and Japan. Connecting with people and building relationships is what I do best.

Woode Udoiwod is a celebrated architect known for his innovative approach that blends modernism with deep respect for historical context. While working with these firms his portfolio spans diverse project types, including the NEATT Tower mixed-use building in Incheon, Korea, the New York Jets Training Facility in Florham Park, NJ, and The Rowan condo building in Astoria, Queens. Currently with Young Projects which is known for their innovative use of materials and focus on both form and function, Woode continues to push design boundaries. A committed academic, he also contributed as a teaching assistant while pursuing his Master's at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. Throughout his career, Woode has been part of numerous award-winning teams that have produced work that has consistently earned numerous accolades and reflected a sensitive integration of cutting-edge design, cultural heritage, and environmental sustainability.
