Full Description: Presenting Aero Fresca
Creating Clean Room Class Air Everywhere We Breath!
In a world where cleanliness is paramount, cleanrooms set the standard. These specialized rooms are designed to minimize airborne particles, dust, and contaminants, with the level of cleanliness determined by the quantity and size of particles per cubic meter of air.
The primary authority for cleanroom standards is the ISO 14644-1 classification system. It defines various cleanroom classes based on their cleanliness level, ranging from ISO 1, the cleanest, to ISO 9, which is still cleaner than a regular room.
From ultra-clean environments in life sciences to controlled environments for precision assembly, each ISO class serves a unique purpose across different industries.
Take the ISO 1 cleanroom, for example. These pristine spaces handle an incredibly low particle count. They are the pinnacle of cleanliness, reserved for cutting-edge scientific endeavors and precision manufacturing.
Cleanroom technology isn't just for labs and manufacturing. It's also used to create emission-free environments in hospitals, research facilities, and even heavy vehicles. Imagine a world where every bus, truck, train and heavy equipment installs this to make them all carbon neutral! We can do this now!
From removing jet fumes at airports, providing cleaner air in hospitals, offices and public buildings to purifying industrial smokestacks, the applications of cleanroom technology are vast and varied.
Aero Fresca removes particulate three times smaller than required by clean rooms, it has the ability to remove particles, germs, bacteria, and viruses from almost any environment.
So, let's create cleanroom class purified air everywhere we breathe. With Aero Fresca, we're making that dream a reality.
Aero Fresca.
Pioneering cleaner, safer environments everywhere we breath.
-- F.A.Q.: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the common applications this technology is used for?
• Current applications include personal use space at home, bedrooms, offices,
nursing homes, assisted, living homes, airports, diesel, vehicles, smokestack,
factories, and other practical uses.
How does this technology actually work to improve air quality?
• The technology uses two laws of fortune, calling Van Der laws, love force in
newtons second law of motion, as well as innovative hybrid filtration, design,
along with a reverse air movement capability.
How does the technbology best keep an environment within its control to zero
emissions
• The rooms or room desired to be kept with the cleanest air quality should seal
any entrances of external air that can have access to a room. The best
performance is for the Aero Fresca system to have a sealed room with air
entrance through or as close to the input of the Aero Fresca device to maintain
best possible results. Doors and windows should be designed to not allow air
under or through the sides of the frames of doors or windows, to maintain air
quality.
Does the product have multi-gas filtration capabilities?
• Yes. The technology removes particulates that are as small as 300 pico meters, or
as more commonly known, .3 nm, which is 1000 times smaller than what normal
use case HEPA filter technology is able to detect and collect, at .3 um.
Is this technology currently used by customers today?
• Yes, the technology is used by some of the largest airports in the world, fire,
truck operations, companies, smokestack, industry, factories, etc.
Does this technology avoid using methods that create oxidation or other harmful
effects.
• Yes, the product is designed using engineering technology that avoids methods
that create ozone or other harmful effects.
Can this technology be used indoors or outdoors?
• Yes. There are three specific products used for indoor applications, one that is
used for outdoor customize solutions, and another that is designed specifically
for exhaust from vehicles.
Does the product use a fan for blowing or sucking air through the unit?
• Yes, it does. The technology actually reverses the flow of air to help accentuate
the affect of the use of “Force” and “Motion” laws, which effectively increase the
mass size of the particulate matter, thereby allowing detection and collection of
ultrafine particulates from the air flow.
What type of particles can this technology eliminate?
• Fine and Ultrafine particulates that are equal to or larger than .300 nm in size.
Fine and Ultrafine particles range from atomic molecular levels and some gases,
along with VOCs, NoX, SoX, bacteria, viruses, ash, and much more. One percent
of particulates in the air are those that are seen by the naked human eye. 9
percent are fine particles as small as .3 um and 90 percent of the particulates in
the air are ultra fine particulates which are the most harmful and can get stuck in
the human lung or blood systems, which are as small as .3 nm in size.
How does this product work with smokestacks and or large exhaust pipes?
• The product utilizes a system which is designed first to cool the air temperatures
down, which then allows the fundamental technology to then effectively use
force laws to detect and collect harmful particulates from the air flow.
What type of filters are used with this product?
• The design of the filter is a advanced modified hybrid application of a HEPA type
design mixed with similar to Ultra technologies allowing greater ability to
capture and collect ultrafine particulates.
Can the product eliminate ground level ozone?
• Yes. To find out how this happens, please review our white paper which provides
an indepth discussion of the cause of ground level ozone, and how the Cirqulair
product does not create side effects resulting in ground level ozone.
Are odors in the air eliminated by this product?
• Yes. Odors are also made up of fine or ultrafine particulates, which are in the
same classification as NoX, SoX, other VOCs, etc.
Can customers obtain financing of these products?
• Yes. Aero fresca has various financing programs that fit any credit worthy
customer requirements, which bring the cost of acquisition of these products to
very reasonable operational incremental cost levels coupled with the benefits
derived from the products themselves.
Does the product work with vehicles with either diesel or gas engines?
• Yes. The technology works with both type of carbon based fuels and Aero fresca
has videos showing how effective it is in converting a diesel engine exhaust to a
zero emission vehicle.
Is there other competition that does what this product does?
• No, there isn’t any competition. Aero Fresca is 1000 times more effective
regarding the size of particulates that can be removed from the air. Aero Fresca
has videos showing how poorly the other name brand items compare against
Aero Fresca’s products.
Can smoke be removed from the air by this product?
• Yes. Smoke is just another group of particulates, which are measurable in size
and therefore can be detected and collected by this technology.
Is the technology patented?
• Yes, it is patented in 62 countries.
Where is the product manufactured?
• Aero Fresca is manufacturing its Cirqulair series products in North America in the
state of Florida.
How long is the service warranty on this product?
• The warranty is for one year service and parts.
Where can I buy this product?
• Products are available for order online or from a product distributor or the
company directly.
Can I install this product in my office or at home
• Several of the products for rooms and offices, including the soon to be released
AF-101-CIDA (Fresca Air) – 500, AF-107-CIDR-Standard - 800 and the AF-117 –
CIDS - 800 are able to be installed by the purchasing party. The company will
provide an intuitive video to explain how to install and provides in depth
answers to most questions. In addition, there is a customer DIY installation
applications hotline for use by customers.
How to operate the standup prototype systems available for demonstration
• The unit was initially designed to lay on its side with the control box inside the
small door facing up. However, for demonstration purposes, the system may be
stood up on its end, with the output vents facing up toward the ceiling.
• Open the small door at the lower side of the Aero Fresca system. This is the
control interface inside the small door.
• For shipping purposes, the power cord is found inside the small door cover. You
will find the power cord inside.
• The plug shall be plugged into an 120 AC power outlet and the other end is
plugged into the bottom of unit.
• Press the green button to turn it on. The fan will initiate turning and the red
digits in the numerical indicator will show you the frequency you are currently
running the system.
• Adjust the frequency knob where the fan will oscillate fasterk to a speed
between 0 and 6000 but we have found that its sweet spot between operational
performance and noise is 3000, however it can run at higher speeds but
performance is not necessarily better and it still maintains zero particulates
measured at output. There are other model designs that are built to greatly
reduce sound below 40db.
